Today I spent a majority of the day on the phone with Sears Sedgwick and Whirlpool….. yep, still dealing with the Washing Machine thing! Our claim finally got moved on to Whirlpool and they sent me a letter with a list of items that they needed from me. So after the 4th phone call I finally got my call back only to find out I don’t have the broken part that they need to pursue the claim…SERIOUSLY!!! According to the paperwork that Sedgwick has, the techinician states he gave the broken water valve to us…. he didn’t!!!!!! Though, there is also no paper trail that he did give it to us, so that may have helped because now our claim is back with Sedgwick not Whirlpool.

I have no idea where this is going to go but seriously, why can’t stuff be easier to deal with. I understand there are people out there who take advantage of things and screw it up for the rest of us who really have an issue. But come on!!

So after we get back from Camping I’ll get a hold of Sedgwick, though I will be calling and emailing them tomorrow, ans see where we stand. Then make the decision to file a claim with my Home Owners insurance or not.
