What a day!

Salisbury Beach

We made our way to Salisbury Beach today. Our friends JoAnna, Ryan and Devin met us at the house and we all loaded up in our car and headed over. Nice thing about a big car, you can cram lots of people in :0)!

We were suppose to meet two other Moms there but they were a lifeguard away from us and with 5 kids and a ton of stuff we didn’t make it far from the boardwalk before we set up camp :0). We never saw each other but we knew we were all there, which was fine :0). Everyone had a GREAT time! It was so nice to have another adult in the car and at the beach. The kids, all of them, had a blast! Kyla was really brave and ventured out in to the ocean, a little too far as I had to swoop her up before she was knocked over from a wave. The funny thing about her is that if she gets her bathing suit wet, she has to change it. Luckily I brought 3, just enough to make it through the day!

Kyla Beach

Preston and Joshua had way too much fun in the water and sand :0). They spent all day running around in the waves, chasing the Seagulls, digging in the sand and being buried in the sand.

JoAnna and I were the most awesome Pack Mules you ever saw ;0)! Kids, coolers, umbrellas, bags, toys and chairs we had it all and looked good doing it ;0)!

Amazingly enough Kyla was the only one who took a nap on the way home. Needless to say she was the last one to go to sleep tonight too!

Oh and of course we barely got home and weren’t even out of the car yet and Preston asks, “Can we go swimming?”! That boy loves water WAY too much.
