I feel like I haven’t posted anything about where we are in our Foster Care journey. We did finish up the training and are now just getting the rest of paperwork together. We will then set up interviews when our Coordinater gets back from vacation, next week I think.
That’s about it!
So of course we spent most the day in the pool! I think Preston would live in there if he could. We also had more fun with the dragonflies and the boys got out the water guns!
This afternoon we headed over to One Stop Fun for the FAF Welcome Party. The boys had fun cimbing on the climbing thingy, swimming in the pool and playing on the gymnastics equipment… no trampolines though!
They were pretty tired after today. Managed to get them into bed and asleep by 9:00pm. We are probably going to the Butterfly Place tomorrow. I think we are going to meet up with Preston’s Teacher, Dawn, they have a little boy from NY too. After the Butterfly Place, if it’s not raining we will head to a local park, per Joshua’s request :0)!
