Preston was feeling better today so this afternoon we went outside and rode bikes and such. He’s my little safety child. Always putting all his pads on and helmet too. Anyways, today he decided he wanted to ride his bike without training wheels, so we took them off. He did okay but we have some work to do on balance, he’ll get there. So for now the training wheels are back on :0).

Also, I found a couple of books for teaching phonics/reading. So now every night we have to read two of the books at bed time. He’s doing good. He would do a lot better if he had more patience but he’s never had a lot of that :0). He’s a guesser. He likes to look at the pictures and then guess what the end of the sentence is. He’s always had a hard time with new things and not immediately knowing how to do them. So the reading thing is going to take a while and lots of patience :0).
